Lorna is a volunteer Doula/ Birthing Companion for Amma Birth Companions 

Amma provides trained, nurturing birth companions to women who face giving birth separated from friends
and family. We work with asylum-seeking, trafficked, and refugee women and those with insecure immigration status in Glasgow who are overcoming adversity on their journey to motherhood.  Here is a link to a recent STV interview about the work of AMMA
